These terms govern the use of the MAK Club mobile application and the M.A Khoodoruth Marketing Co. Ltd online store.
Use of the service
The application lets customers browse the catalogue, place orders, manage a loyalty wallet and receive notifications from the store. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees and include VAT where applicable. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until the goods are made available or delivered. Stock availability is not guaranteed until the sale is completed.
Wallet and payments
Wallet top-ups are processed by our payment provider. Wallet balances are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the application, to the extent permitted by Mauritian law.
