This page explains how to request deletion of your MAK Club account and the personal data associated with it, as required by the Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@makhoodoruth.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject Account deletion request. Include your full name and registered mobile number so we can identify the account.
You may also ask in person at 68, Ambrose Street, Rose-Hill, Mauritius, or call 464-6910 / 5-258-6596.
What happens next
- We confirm your identity and acknowledge the request within 5 working days.
- Your account, profile details, delivery addresses, notification tokens and loyalty wallet identifiers are deleted within 30 days.
- Any remaining wallet balance is refunded or paid out before deletion; an account with an unpaid balance owed to the store is settled first.
What we must keep
Invoices, credit notes and related accounting records are retained for the period required by Mauritian tax and company law (currently seven years). These records are kept for legal compliance only and are not used for marketing. Everything else is removed.
